We operate in a matrix structure, where we have several dedicated teams for each product.
WHAT TO DO
Manage integration projects with external partners, including planning, coordination, and deadline control.
Provide technical support, management and maintenance for API integrations.
Collaborate with payment providers, merchants and other partners to agree on technical requirements.
Analyze and resolve technical issues that arise during integration.
Document and support the integration process, creating guides and manuals.
Work with internal development and support teams to ensure successful integration.
WHO YOU ARE
Experience in project management or technical support.
Experience with APIs and system integrations.
Excellent self-organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
Knowledge of current technologies and trends in fintech.
