WHO WE ARE

We turn the boldest product ideas from the web 3.0 industry, cryptocurrencies, digital banks, and payment apps into reality. We live in different countries and work entirely remotely. We operate in a matrix structure, where we have several dedicated teams for each product.

WHAT TO DO

  • Customer Operations Management: handling and monitoring payment transactions, ensuring their security and compliance with standards.

  • Balance Management: Recording transactions in the system, ensuring their accuracy and relevance.

  • Reporting: Processing data for a period upon customer requests.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience in the back office of a fintech company or bank is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset.

  • High level of responsibility and self-organization.

  • Located in the time zone of EU or CIS (close to GMT+3).
