We operate in a matrix structure, where we have several dedicated teams for each product.
WHAT TO DO
Analyzing and accounting for disputed client payments with the payment providers.
Preparing and submitting documentation to payment systems and providers.
Interacting with internal and external parties to collect necessary information and documents.
Preparing reports on the outcomes of dispute and claim reviews.
WHO YOU ARE
Experience in the dispute management department of a fintech company or bank is preferred, but not mandatory.
Attention to detail, analytical mindset.
High level of responsibility and self-organization.
