We live in different countries and work entirely remotely. We operate in a matrix structure, where we have several dedicated teams for each product.
WHAT TO DO
Migrate financial analytics infrastructure from PostgreSQL to ClickHouse; ensure data integrity and query performance throughout the transition.
Connect and unify data from 4 databases into a single coherent reporting layer for financial operations.
Design and build ~20 financial reports covering P&L, cash flow, gateway balances, reconciliation, and merchant settlements.
Maintain and evolve SQL queries for financial balance monitoring, including CTEs and closing balance calculations.
Work closely with the CFO и CEO to validate business logic and data accuracy.
WHO YOU ARE
Have 1+ years of experience in financial data analytics, preferably in fintech, payments, or digital banking.
Possess advanced proficiency in SQL (CTEs, window functions, performance optimization).
Have hands-on experience with ClickHouse or the ability to migrate from PostgreSQL quickly.
Understand financial data structures: transactions, balances, reconciliation, multi-currency flows.
Have experience with Metabase or comparable BI tools.
Are able to work autonomously in a remote, async environment with minimal oversight.
Experience with payment gateways or e-wallet platforms is a plus.
