We turn the boldest product ideas from the web 3.0 industry, cryptocurrencies, digital banks, and payment apps into reality. We live in different countries and work entirely remotely. We operate in a matrix structure, where we have several dedicated teams for each product.
WHAT TO DO
Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll for all employees, outsourcers and contractors.
Maintain payroll records, payroll platforms and update information and documentation as required, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Manage payroll queries from employees, resolving discrepancies, and providing guidance on salary-related issues.
Collaborate with Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll integration with other systems.
WHO YOU ARE
You are detail-oriented, with a strong ability to work with numbers and ensure accuracy in a high-volume environment.
Attention to detail, analytical mindset.
Must be within a ±3 hour time difference from GMT+3.
High level of responsibility and self-organization.
