WHO WE ARE
We are a fintech company specializing in e-wallet and payment processing solutions. We serve both B2B merchants and B2C wallet users across e-commerce, P2P transfers, and payment gateway services. Our team works fully remotely from different countries, united by a shared drive to build seamless financial infrastructure.
WHAT TO DO
Process payroll for all employees and contractors twice a month, ensuring accurate amounts and timely execution.
Manage payments across 5 payment channels (crypto, bank transfers, etc.), selecting the appropriate method for each recipient.
Maintain and update the monthly payroll register, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Prepare monthly payroll reports, including breakdowns by payment channel, currency, and recipient type.
Reconcile payroll data after each payment cycle, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Onboard new hires into the payroll system, collect required payment details, and update records upon any personnel changes.
Track and process ad-hoc payments: bonuses, reimbursements, and final settlements upon employee offboarding.
Collaborate with the Finance and Treasury team on budgeting, cash flow planning, and currency conversion for payroll needs.
WHO YOU ARE
Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to work with numbers and ensure accuracy in a high-volume environment.
Experience with crypto payments (USDT/TRON) is a strong advantage.
Analytical mindset with a high level of responsibility and self-organization.
Must be within a ±3 hour time difference from GMT+3.
Fluent in Russian; English is a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
Fully remote position.
Stable salary: 700 USDT/month.
